Our

FELLOWS

TEAM Lima

Jonathan Rohr

Studies International Governance and Diplomacy at Sciences Po Paris

I’m a be.boosted fellow determined to challenge Schopenhauer’s claim: “He who writes for fools will always find a large[r] audience.” Power flows through attention and I believe we should focus it on positive change. My dual passion for geopolitics and the crisis of liberal democracy fuels my vision to rebuild trust in shared rule and imagine a bold European future. Be.boosted is the perfect place to push beyond my comfort zone, test ideas and expand my rhetorical toolbox. I’m especially excited about the offline weekends in Berlin and the trip to Lima, where these ideas will take flight.

Bendix Hempel

Studies Medicine at Heidelberg University

Communication, Leadership, and Negotiation are crucial to drive positive impact in our society. When I co-founded the mentoring initiative RISE Global with fellow students, I learned how important those three skills are. This is why I am so excited to be part of this year’s WorldMUN cohort and learn from and together with my incredibly inspiring fellows, the whole be.boosted community, and everyone from around the globe participating in the WorldMUN and LIMUN conferences this year.

Nele Rodenhagen

Studies IT-Systems Engineering at Hasso Plattner Institute, Potsdam

As a student of IT-Systems Engineering, I’m passionate about how technology can connect people and create meaningful change. I joined the WorldMUN Fellowship because I truly believe in the power of global exchange — learning from each other, challenging perspectives, and growing together.   I’m excited to be part of a community of curious and driven individuals who want to make a real difference. For me, this journey is not only about developing skills in diplomacy and leadership, but about sharing ideas, inspiring one another, and building connections that last far beyond the fellowship.

Lena Bickel

Studies Peace and Security Studies at the University of Hamburg

Having studied World Politics and Conflict Resolution in The Hague, Paris and Belfast, I am genuinely curious about transformative human interaction from the personal to the transnational level. I am especially intrigued by the role of emotions and clashing worldviews in conflict and peacebuilding. Thrilled to hone my negotiation skills and to practice empathetic leadership, I look forward to learning from and with Team Lima.

Luis Nollenberger

Studies Environmental Policy at University of Cambridge

As a student of environmental policy, I recognise that tackling today’s global ecological challenges requires more than technical knowledge. We need to engage in meaningful dialogue, build cross-cultural consensus, and lead with empathy and vision. In this context, the be:boosted fellowship presents a unique opportunity to refine my skills in communication, negotiation, and leadership within a truly multidisciplinary community. I am particularly excited to test and expand my ability to work across perspectives, lead collaboratively, and advocate effectively for sustainable solutions on a global scale at WorldMUN, a dynamic simulation of international conferences that reflects the complex, multicultural, and high-stakes settings faced in environmental policy.

Sophie Zwick

Studies Water Science, Policy and Management, University of Oxford

Seeking to bridge the communications gap between science and policy-making, I am excited to join be.boosted. With a keen interest in global environmental governance, I am interested in communicating risk and uncertainty within scientific research to guide climate-informed policies. My experiences leading youth organisations, interning in environmental diplomacy at GIZ and studying Water Science, Policy and Management, show my passion for facilitating intercultural and interdisciplinary exchanges. Living and working in Thailand, Mongolia, the UK, and Taiwan have shaped my unique perspectives on global issues and possible approaches to tackling them. At be.boosted, I hope to contribute to a collaborative learning environment, as well as sharpen my communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

Wanda Drabon

Studies Psychology at Freie Universität Berlin

Fascinated by how psychology and politics intertwine, I explore the mechanisms behind polarization and communication in divided societies. My work as a journalist for a political talk show has shown me how powerful, yet fragile, dialogue can be. As a trained mediator, I am eager to learn how to navigate conflicts with empathy and confidence, turning disagreement into understanding. Through the WorldMUN fellowship, I hope to refine my communication and leadership skills and grow into a leader who listens first and builds bridges across perspectives.

Bennet Gibony

Studies B.Sc. Computer Science and Management at Airbus

“changes” – the one thing that will forever happen and the one thing that enables us to outgrow ourselves.

“changes” to climate, politics and people challenged my perspective on the future.

The prospect of “changing” the future is what drives me, forming me to aspire to be an integrative, forward looking leader.

“changing” is what I hope to be my future.

Cedric Lorenz

Studies IT-Systems Engineering at Hasso Plattner Institute, Potsdam

As a computer science student deeply fascinated by how artificial intelligence transforms the way societies think, decide, and create, I am thrilled to join the be.boosted program and its interdisciplinary community. With research experiences in Boston, Brussels, and Tokyo, I’m passionate about addressing global societal challenges by bridging technical innovation with human understanding. Alongside my academic work, I’m driven by an entrepreneurial mindset—eager to translate ideas into solutions that make technology more inclusive and impactful. Through the be.boosted WorldMUN Fellowship, I hope to refine my ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, learn from diverse perspectives, and grow into a leader who shapes technology that truly serves people.

Aysha Abu Taa

Studies Medicine at Charite Berlin

As a medical student in Berlin, I’ve learned that tackling global challenges takes more than expertise in one field. It requires working and collaborating across borders and disciplines. That’s why I joined be.boosted, to step outside my academic routine and develop essential skills you can’t pick up from textbooks: leading, negotiating, and public speaking. be.boosted offers a unique opportunity to actively challenge myself and embrace uncertainty while exploring leadership alongside a diverse group of peers. I’m excited to grow together and to hopefully make a lasting impact beyond the conferences. Through this experience, I also aim to learn how to lead in a way that empowers others to feel seen and reach their full potential.

Jette Wiese

Studies Philosophy at Freie Universität Berlin

During my studies I often come back to the fact that the problems within society are almost always linked to our language. For what we desire to express, our language is either overloaded with meaning or insufficient, often both at the same time. This is why I think it’s important to develop skills that help unveil what’s hidden behind overused narratives, ideology or simply dull phrases. With be.boosted I’m happy to get the opportunity to learn these communication skills and to reflect on my own language. Besides (and before I’ll talk the hind legs off a donkey) I always enjoy hearing a new saying!

Zhi Zhi Chia

Studies North American Studies at Freie Universität Berlin

As an art historian-in-training, I care deeply about democratizing access to cultural knowledge and expanding the discipline beyond Eurocentric frameworks. I’m fascinated by how art connects people across cultures and histories, and how understanding can shift when more voices are invited into the conversation. Creating these spaces requires listening carefully, negotiating perspectives, and guiding collaboration across differences. I was drawn to the WorldMUN fellowship as a place to explore these dynamics more deeply, learn from peers with diverse experiences, and test how dialogue and creativity can translate into action. I’m excited to grow as a communicator and collaborator, and discover new ways to bridge ideas and people in pursuit of advancing a more inclusive, glocally-conscious art world.

The Trainers

David Obermeier

My name is David. I first joined the be.boosted community as a WorldMUN fellow last year, and I’m more than excited to continue this journey now as a trainer. Originally from Dortmund, I currently study medicine in Heidelberg. One of my main passions has always been exploring team dynamics and finding ways to empower others while building inclusive spaces.
As a fellow, I learned how powerful it is when people lift each other up and lead with empathy. Now, as a trainer, I’m here to help our fellows empower one another, master team dynamics, and create spaces where every voice matters. And when the work is done, you’ll probably catch my wonderful co-trainers and me on the dance floor – because great teams know how to celebrate together, too.

Fiona Dierksen

Hey everyone, I’m Fiona, one of this year’s WorldMUN trainers! I live in Berlin, study medicine in Göttingen, and whenever I’m not in the library, you’ll probably find me on a plane, a train, or deep in conversation about what really matters to people. Last year, as a fellow, I found that the be.boosted community is like a passport—you don’t just meet new people, you step into their worlds. This year, as a trainer, I want to create that same space for our fellows: a place to experiment, to fail and laugh about it, to turn challenges into strengths, to discover your own style of leadership and to build a team. A team that inspires each other and is always up for a spontaneous phone call when needed.

Benjamin Budt

I’m Ben, a WorldMUN 2026 trainer and Berlin-based law student. As a 2025 WorldMUN Fellow, I experienced the magic of be.boosted first-hand. Now, as a trainer, I want to build an inclusive space where fellows can grow, reflect, and thrive. I’ll push our fellows to lead inclusively and I’ll have their backs just as firmly when things get tough. For me, be.boosted means to grow and to do it together.

TEAM London

Jonathan Stiasni

Studies Civil Engineering in Aachen

I’d describe myself as a curious and driven person who loves combining engineering, sustainability, and leadership. Joining be.boosted is an exciting opportunity for me to grow beyond the technical side of my field to strengthen my communication, teamwork, and public speaking skills while connecting with inspiring people who share a passion for impact and continuous learning.

Pauline Grocholski

 Studies Medicine in Dresden

While volunteering in a youth organization and working in the medical field I quickly observed the challenge of bringing very different perspectives together and creating open rooms for personal growth and creativity. I’m keen on providing unique experiences of working with young people from unacademic backgrounds. Being part of the new be.boosted fellowship I want to evolve my leadership skills to shape an inclusive society that inspires us to embrace our differences and work together closer.

Marah Cloos

M.Sc. Sustainability and Social Innovation in Paris

With a background in international management and finance, now studying sustainability and social innovation at HEC Paris, I want to bring two worlds together that are often viewed as polar opposites: business and climate action. In face of what could be called an ecological backlash, I’m interested in understanding how effective sustainability policies and decarbonization strategies can be designed. But even the best ideas can only drive change if they inspire and convince, something barely taught at university today. To me, the be.boosted fellowship is a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn about the art of diplomacy and train my rhetoric, negotiation, and leadership skills in an inspiring and multi-disciplinary cohort of students.

Lea Zangerl

Studies Clinical Psychology & Psychotherapy in Hamburg

As a psychologist with a background in organizational psychology and a growing focus on clinical psychology, I aim to bridge systemic and individual approaches to improve mental health at work. Through be.boosted, I want to refine my ability to communicate across disciplines, lead with authenticity and empathy, and contribute to a community that embodies growth, and global awareness.

Anouar El Moumane

Studies for a DPhil in Chemistry in Oxford

I am excited about combining rigorous quantitative methods to approach current interdisciplinary problems in policy. With a background in physics and mathematics, I’m eager to meet people coming from more qualitative fields to exchange ideas and knowledge. Through this fellowship, I hope to achieve this and gain practical experience in diplomacy and communication.

Carl Graup

Studies Industrial Engineering at University of Technology Dresden

I’m curious about the nuances and complexities that exist all around us. Although I would always instinctively seek harmony, restraint and moderation, I realised that not every asymmetry of needs and expectations can be resolved or mitigated when humans are involved. However, to me, empathetic communication seems to be the best tool we have for creating meaningful connections. That’s why I’m excited to learn about forming teams that value integrity and communication as necessary foundations. And, that speed, performance and unconventional solutions are only truly desirable on top of this, not vice versa.

Emma de Bourdeille

Studies a double Bachelor in Political Science – Social Sciences in Berlin

The world’s power dynamics are complex and democratic societies are challenged. Therefore, we need engaged citizens who care about a democratic future. I study political science in order to understand the multi-faceted problems of nowadays better and to reflect on solutions for them. Be.boosted is a great chance to enhance one’s soft-skills. I‘m looking forward to critically reflect on leadership styles and to explore new ways of working together in a constructive and empathic manner. Since I love debating, I’m particularly exited to join the MUN in London with the team.

Johanna Michaela Wolf

Studies Physics at the National University of Singapore

I applied to the be.boosted Fellowship because I want to grow beyond the academic side of science and learn how to actually make ideas move people. Over the past years, I’ve worked on projects from nanomechanics, medical physics to neuroscience and I’ve realized that research alone isn’t enough and that impact happens when you can communicate clearly, lead with purpose and work together toward something bigger. For me, be.boosted is the perfect place to learn those skills, to challenge myself in new ways and to connect with people who are equally curious, driven, and passionate about making a difference.

Pia Riepl-Bauer

Studies Politics and Policy Analysis at Bocconi University in Milan

As a politics student with a background in philosophy and economics, I’m driven by the question of how leadership can turn the sometimes overwhelming number of global challenges into action. Having lived and worked in different countries and contexts has shaped my curiosity for how cooperation and empathy can drive meaningful change. What excites me about be.boosted is the program’s spirit of mutual support: Growing together, challenging each other, and turning shared energy into collective impact.

Sinan Yilmaz

Studies Medicine in Hannover

I am passionate about understanding underlying global dimensions of social challenges. My academic background is in medicine, and I strive to combine scientific thinking with the ability to connect and inspire. I view the be.boosted fellowship as a unique opportunity to grow both personally and professionally – by refining my communication and leadership skills, learning from motivated peers across disciplines, and engaging in controversial discussions. I am grateful for the chance to broaden my perspective, contribute my own insights, and further develop the qualities necessary to create meaningful impact within a diverse community.

Greta Ehrenfried

Studies Communication Studies in Brussels

I am genuinely curious about how people live, think, and make sense of the world. I find it fascinating how even the smallest impulses can lead to meaningful shifts and how our cultural background shapes our perception of things. I would like to make a small difference in this world, with contributing to mediate with empathy and a better understanding of each other where we are open to discuss – even with people who might not share our thoughts and values. WIthin the be.boosted program I am looking forward to exchance my skills in debating, negotiating and making compromises. I am excited to work in an interdiscipline field and gain new perspective from it.

Thore Kohl

Studies Law at Humboldt University Berlin

Being half German and half Ukrainian, and having grown up in Ukraine and Zimbabwe, I have experienced first-hand the importance of the rule of law in people’s everyday lives and how universal human rights can be undermined by unchecked power. Today, with human rights abuses at the forefront in Ukraine, Gaza, and Sudan, amongst many other places, these experiences have deepened my interest in human rights law and transitional justice. The be.boosted fellowship is an opportunity to strengthen my skills in mediation and to use my voice to build bridges—an essential foundation for future justice and reconciliation processes.

I’m truly excited for this opportunity to learn, grow, and meet the inspiring be.boosted community!

Sina Gussek

Hi, I’m Sina. I’m all about advancing an intersectional approach to gender equality in peace and security, because lasting peace isn’t just about who’s at the table, but also about who actually benefits. I care about how masculinities, youth, and other intersectional factors shape diplomacy and peacebuilding, and how we can make foreign policy more inclusive and effective through a post-colonial lens. With gender equality under attack, staying vocal, connected, and impactful is more important than ever – I’m looking forward to, through be.boosted, sharpen my skills and expand my impact in pushing back against anti-feminist forces.

Miro David Marcus

Working at the intersection of advocacy and peacebuilding, I believe in the power of building community and networks to drive societal resilience and change. In an increasingly divided worldI, I’m interested in societal narratives and exploring how to create hope and positive change. Holding a masters in Conflict Resolution in Divided Societies, I now work to elevate civil society peacebuilding and integrate civil society into diplomatic processes. I am excited to build on my academic and professional skills within the be.boosted community.

She currently works at the German Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF). Carlotta is excited to take on the challenge of guiding this year’s fellows and sharing her passion for collaboration and growth.

Clara Lina Dziuron

Clara was a fellow of the be.boosted Young Professionals Team in 2025 and is excited to meet and support the new 2026 Team! Having gained experience in both private and public sector organizations, she is still at the beginning of her career and is passionate about sharing her journey while learning from others in an open and supportive environment.
With a background in Global Economics and Management as well as International Affairs, Clara has studied and lived in a range of international settings — from Bremen and Edinburgh to Geneva, Brussels, and Berlin — shaping her global perspective and deep curiosity about how societies and economies are interconnected.
She values meaningful conversations and strongly believes in the power of peer exchange to inspire both personal and professional growth. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her singing in a choir, spending time with friends, playing tennis, reading in a cozy café, or traveling across Europe by train in search of new places, people, and ideas.
