How to Stay Involved

Young Professionals Trainers

Niv Adam

Hi, I'm Niv. Last year, I joined be.boosted as a YP Fellow, and what stayed with me most was the community. Being surrounded by people who challenged and supported one another is why I'm back as a trainer: to pass it on. With a background in computer science and entrepreneurship, I love building teams that create meaningful impact. Europe needs leaders who lead with both ambition and empathy, turning differences into shared direction. As a trainer, I hope to create a space where you can challenge yourselves, grow together, and find your own leadership styles. Outside that, I run, bike, and play tennis, with varying skill but plenty of enthusiasm.

Lea Zangerl

Hi, I'm Lea. My be.boosted journey started in 2025 as a LIMUN Fellow. What drew me in were the people and the chance to grow beyond my comfort zone, and it's what brings me back this year, now as a trainer for the Young Professionals Team.
I hold an Erasmus Mundus Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, which took me to Spain and Italy. I'm currently studying psychotherapy in Hamburg, deepening my understanding of human behavior and interpersonal dynamics. I'm increasingly drawn to the space where leadership and mental health meet and what that means for building healthier ways of working. Outside of training, I'm usually chasing the sun on a hike or my bike, dancing the night away to ABBA, or planning my next trip with a coffee in hand.

Lena Bickel

Hey, I am Lena, one of the trainers for Team Young Professionals. I am a Hamburg-based political strategist, mediator and public speaking coach. Based on my own experiences as a fellow, I see the be.boosted community as a playing field to test our comfort zones and genuinely reflect on our next steps in life and leadership. As a trainer, I am thrilled to work with a team that laughs, learns and grows together. I’ll push you to do your best; I’ll always have your back - and I’ll shake it all off with you on the dance floor.

Why is there a participation fee for the fellowship?

be.boosted operates as a volunteer-driven, not-for-profit initiative led by students and Young Professionals. No one at be.boosted receives compensation for their contributions. Our programme’s funding primarily stems from generous sponsors, voluntary donations, and, to a lesser extent, contributions from participation fees and collaborative fundraising efforts by fellows.

The expenses associated with the program are primarily derived from three sources: (1) reimbursement of Travel Costs for trainers, (2) material and venue expenses, and (3) accomodation.

Should you require more information, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our team and we will provide you with all details based on the experience of our past fellows. In case of financial hardship, do not hesitate to contact our team. We are selecting participants on a needs-blind basis and will do our best to make our programme available to you irrespective of your financial background.
